Founded in 2026 in Nigeria, Community Youth & Skills Development Society Inc was built on one conviction: that every young person — regardless of background, ability, or circumstance — deserves access to the tools and support needed to build a meaningful future.
In 2025, we expanded to Nigeria to serve newcomer youth and immigrant families navigating the challenges of starting over in a new country. Our mission is focused on serving communities across Nigeria.

C.O Alfred is the Founder and Executive Director of Community Youth & Skills Development Society Inc, established in Nigeria in 2026. Driven by a lifelong passion for youth empowerment and community development, Alfred founded the organisation to address the widening gap between Nigeria's growing youth population and access to meaningful skills and opportunities.
With deep roots in Nigerian communities, Alfred leads the organisation's programs across vocational training, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and mentorship — building pathways that transform young lives from the ground up.
